help with upgrading old PC.

I have a pc with an old(ish) motherboard: http://www.impactcomputers.com/mbem105554k8.html. I was wandering if anyone knows the best proccessor that i could upgrade it to, or a decent proccesser better than the AMD Sempronâ„¢ 3100+ processor

It only supports Sempron processors according to the specs. So best would be to get a new mobo/RAM combo and then upgrade your CPU later.
