that would probably be good for simple web browsing and music playing, but you wont be doing much gaming on that. a gaming laptop would definitely have a faster processor and a dedicated graphics card, more RAM, maybe even a bigger screen and faster hard drive.

as above ,you will be able to do all your general stuff but whenit comes to gaming that aint gonnaplay many games at all , the processor is ok for gaming IMO , not the fastest but if you have a decent GPU and ram it will do alright

Well everything looks good except for the Intergrated graphics 1gig of ram and having a 5400RPM hard drive. Really if you must have a labtop and want to use it for gaming look for one that has a dedicated graphics card, harder to find and cost more but it will game. You'll want a 7200RPM hard drive to increase load times etc and the 2nd gig of ram is almost mandatory in Vista. I know it only recommends 1gig but everyone that uses Vista agrees your experience will be much better with 2 gigs of ram.

The processor is fine for everything you want to do its just what I mentioned above thats going to hold you back from playing anything but basic older games.
