I would advise you not to buy Dell.
Their computers are not as good as they say they are, and you can still get much nicer cases elsewhere, you can buy one and build a system.
Don't be afraid to download Linux, be afraid to install and use it
Sure, you can download Linux safely and use Windows but...It is quite a complex task to configure it to Dual Boot Certain Versions of it with Windows (particularly Redhat 7.1).

It also uses a special partition type (linux native) and so on (based on the old version, I have a bandwith limitation and can't download the new one as it would break the rules

Also, I would not recommend that you use both Hard Disk Drives as one as it will put your data at high risk.
