Help Please
whenever i try to access either of my hard drives from My Computer, i get a "Send error report message":

"S-3-2-40-100029922-100004366-100006461-4577.com has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I cant think of any thing it might be. Maybe a virus

when i go to the address bar and type c:/ then that works fine
any ideas?

It could be a virus/spyware as the error you listed shows a .com.
