Question Help With Recently Bought RAM

Hi,

I've recently bought some (2X1GB) RAM From overclockers UK

Link:https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...odid=MY-284-CS

My Motherboard is as follows: GA-8VT880P Combo (Rev 1.x) - GIGABYTE - Produk - Motherboard - Overview

My Motherboard supports 400-533Mhz of ram, the ram iv'e purchased is 667mhz i keep hearing that my motherboard should downclock my ram to 533 to match its speed but for some reason its not doing so, ive added some pictures here, to show my bios settings, where it freezez, my computer, and the RAM That i previously used that works.

PLEASE IF YOU WOULDN'T MIND TAKE A LOOK AT THE ALBUM

any help would be GREATLY Appreciated

I would advise you to check if there is a BIOS upgrade for your motherboard and then try the memory again

It looks like the computer has accepted the memory chance, but the OS hasnt. Is that windows 7 you have installed?
