Hi,
I've sold my old PC couple of weeks ago because it was constantly
crashing and it was slow. Also very often I got freezes that I
thought were casued by the system. They were random with no particular
program running.
After I bought a copmletely different PC with all other parts
different except for the DVD Rom and CD Rom along with the keyboard,
the mouse and the monitor, I started experiencing the same freezes
like with my old PC.
At first I thought that it must be the mouse since I got freezes on
windows explorer doing nothing on a braun new PC.
I changed the mouse with the one from my laptop but I still got the
same system freezing. I unplugged both the printer and the scanner and
again it didn't help.
So now it's up to the DVD, CD Rom and/or the keyboards to be checked.
I have scanned my PC for viruses and found none.
The freezes happen at random and the system doesn't crash. It doesn't
matter if I am running Photoshop or just idling around in windows
explorer.
How can I find what's causing the problem?
Thanks and regards from Macedonia.
