help plz

problem with system sorry i can't be more spesific, but due to the nature of said problem all i can tell you is, i turned my system on and was surfing the web using mozila firefox and it ran for a few mins then restarted, it did this a few times then all my favs in my web browser were lost.

any help that can be shed on this subject will be apreciated

Have you done the basics? Antibirus scan, Spyware scan, etc? And has it picked up any infections?
