Sounds like you need to reinstall the sound and video card drivers.

Is this a on a laptop or desktop?

mobo refers to yout motherboard and you have lost your sound because you need to reinstall your sound card ,if it is onboard sound then you will find the drivers on your motherboard disc, called something like soundman

Fujitsu should have a download section where you can get the appropriate drivers needed for your computer. It's usually located in the support section.

What model number is your computer?

You could run Belarc Advisor then post the results here to give us a better understanding of what hardware is in your comp and which drivers you'll need.
