Help! please!!!

My mum opened the ease of access thing and turned on narrator about 2 weeks ago now every time she logs in it automatically starts. I took a look at it, then my dad did then my dads friend who is a professional in I.T took a look but we all couldn't find the solution to stop it. Yes we checked the startup list and it appears to not be in the list and we also tried many other things and i couldn't figure it out. So could anyone here help me?

Could someone please help me, no one did before and it made me sad

What version of OS you using?

I'm assuming you are using Vista.

Start > control panel > ease of access > then click on "optimize visual display", then uncheck the box that says "turn on narrator", that should solve your problem.
