help picking out an laptop!

What's the GPU on the Asus?

It definitely has the best cpu.

What will you use this laptop for? JUST movies and web? If so, get the first one.

well for small work here and there as well but mainly to watch movies and surf the web

Like M$ office type stuff?

mostly M$ stuff, like typing up an essays or pieces of writing and that's about it.
