Help pick my RAM

Hi, I am building a computer and have every component picked out except the RAM. I don't know what brand to get. My mobo uses ddr2 667mhz RAM. I want 1 gb and I want it in one stick. I don't want two 512s because if I ever want to use dual-channel I can buy another 1 gb stick. Can someone help me pick out a 1gb piece that would be under $100. Newegg has so many different types and ebay goes a little high too.

If it helps I am getting or have
intel core 2 duo-1.86ghz
ECS mobo
Geforce 7600GS
SATA 2-250gb or a 160gb

Exactly what I was thinking. Corsair ValueSelect should be some good RAM for the low price it carries. If you've got an extra $15 or so, that seems like a good choice.

Ok, thanks, I looked at Newegg and there were so many brands, I wasnt sure which were good and all. I knew Kingston was good and thats it. Thanks for your help!!

I would recommend the Crucial CT2KIT12864AA53E.

Recently saw a roundup of DDR2 memory and this came out as Best Value memory, due to its relatively tight timings and cheap price.
