Help with PF Usage Please

Can anyone tell me what PF Usage is? i have 256MB RAM, 2.59GHz Pentium4, windows xp home. my PF Usage constantly stays at around 200MB. my friend told me that idealy PF Usage should be below 100MB, is he right or wrong? is there any way to lower PF Usage?

help would be much appreciated.

mine is at 257 right now. And i have a gb ram. Baiscly all its telling you, is how much of your system resources it has. His may always be under 100 cause his comptuer probably owns..
