I have an Ipod photo, and I am runnig vista... When I go to plug my Ipod into my usb ports, It comes up with device not recognised, it has malfunctioned and windows does not recognise it. I rang Apple and they said wait for the new version of Itunes but this did not fix it. Neither did 7.1.1. I rang them again and said its still not working, they thenm say contact microsoft.. Now Microsoft says its not thier problem as Ipod is a third party thing. I did the R.R.R.R and that still did nothing.. It needs a suitable driver to run the ipod. But when i go to update the driver it searches the net and comes back with the driver installed is the best one available.. So should I sell my Ipod or use it as a paper weight.
