Default help with opera toolbars

help, ive just pressed some buttons and they got rid of most of my toolbars. i cant even change pages anymore, so now i have to use IE. does anyone know how to reset the toolbars???

it even got rid of the windows toolbar (file, help, open, veiw, etc.)

ive already uninstalled it and nothing else i try works.

try pressing F10
Core 2 Duo e4500 2.2ghz @ 2.8ghz
evga 650i ultra
2gb 400mhz ram OC'ed to 450
evga geforce 7600GT overclocked
