HELP!!!! No BIOs booting :(

when i try to start the power on my pc
nothing happens
the fans power up
my monitors are on
but no BIOs boot
no OS
nothing

ive gone to work with it on, and when i return its off
and my keyboard is still illuminated
but there isnt any fans that are running in my case

what i did to get to this mess up point
my primary HDD only shows ~600GB when it is a 1.5TB HDD
so i cloned my primary to another
and that worked
i just havent found the time to re-format my primary HDD
and then re-clone all of my info
so i think it the fact that there are 2 OSs and what not that is causing a conflict and it shuts down
does anyone know what i can do to be 100% sure
im at work now so it will have to wait
i was thinking about unplugging the SATA power and hoping like h3ll that it works
any thoughts?

Does it POST?
Try resetting the CMOS.

Do you have a bootloader if there are 2 OS's

i cloned my primary HDD
so no i dont have a bootloader, and i even unpluged the power to the second HDD
and i still dont get any BIOs
tonight i will try with no HDDs and see if i get anything

Step one with no post is to simply re-seat the memory. Then try your sticks one at a time, in every slot until you can get it to boot. 9/10 times I've seen this it's been memory.

My next idea would be the PSU. It's possible that it is not giving out proper voltage for the system to POST properly and that's why you don't see anything.

I had this happen before when I changed RAM sticks, and nothing posted but I had fans work... Reset your CMOS as mentioned by Foothead and see if that helps as it did for me.
