Cell shading is an effect to be able to make 3d games/programs run to look like they are a cartoon (black lines around the edges and the like), a few arcade games use it.

I don't exactly know if you can buy updates... for what program do you need it for?

Most people I hear that use this are just artists who color like this. I dont really know of a program that actually does it...

it says on my computer that whenever I try to install certain games or programs that I don't have the Adequate Cell SHading installed, what does that mean?
