Default Help with new video card.

I want to get a new graphics card and maybe processor. This is what im running on with dual monitors.

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 8 64-bit
CPU
AMD K140
40nm Technology
RAM
4.00GB DDR3 @ 532MHz (7-7-7-19)
Motherboard
PEGATRON CORPORATION 2AE3 (P0) 34 C
Graphics
DTV (1360x768@60Hz)
2460W (1920x1080@60Hz)
384MB AMD Radeon HD 7310 Graphics (HP)

Well probably the most helpful thing would be knowing your price range on the card and or processor.

Something inexpensive maybe 2-300. Preferably the least lol.

To be completely honest i have no clue i havent taken it apart. I just need help with what to get to make it run more smoothly for games and what not. I used speecy to get my computer information and thats all i know . Im kind of less knowledgeable with the actual hardware of computers: /

It's a down and dirty system that the only thing you can do to is add or take out memory and swap hard drives. Other wise it's soldered together and there's nothing you can swap out. It doesn't even have pci slots.

Would be most likely a laptop drive size 2.5". Check the maker's specs to see the largest drive volume wise it can handle.
