HELP. New hard drive wi-fi doesn't work

When you download the driver, it will either come in a .exe or .zip. If it's .exe, it will present you with an installer which will automatically install the drivers for you after you double-click on the file to open it, or press "Run" on the download dialog box. If it's in a .zip, you will just need to extract the zip file, and inside of it should be a .exe called something like "setup". If all else fails, read the README.txt file.

What come's up with the 'Please Wait' message? What network are you accessing?

If it is on the website is flash and Java installed?
