help needed

i have uninstalled webtangent from my pc but when i boot it up my pc is still looking for it . And also i keep getting a box on my screen that explorer has caused a problem in memofirst.exe but i havent a clue how to fix these two problems .

Did u uninstall it properly by going to Add remove programs, as it seems it hasent been fully uninstalled

My computer-Control panel-Add/Remove programs and look on the list for it and click uninstall. Also for the explorer problem just reinstall it.

Thats terrible advice,
You cant install Explorer,Explorer is the Windows GUI.It arrives with your Windows cd and is with you till you mess it up.
Lets work on fixeing it as it's still there under the guise of.

webtangent is spyware-get spybot and adaware
Run em both.

Go into Start -> Programs -> then under the "Startup" folder, delete anything that looks like it is to do with webtangent. Be careful though
