Does the computer make any beeps at startup?

Have you tried running single sticks of memory?

Are all cables, wires, CPU, HSF, memory, etc. seated fully?

Do you have the case speaker connected to the motherboard correct?

Everything starts up, drives spin, fans spin, but no signal?
