That's really weird. For a 3.0Ghz OC, you shouldn't have to even think about voltages. Check to see if your heatsink is on right. Your temps are off the wall for a mild overclock. Download and use RealTemp to monitor your temperatures.

Time for the pencil mod.

Temps are 5c lower than what is reported as HW uses the incorrect TjMax of 105c.

my mem voltage is at 800 still
would that have anything to do with the issues that i am having?

at 3 GHz

CPU Core 1.35V
CPU FSB 1.2V
Mem 1.85V
nForce SSP 1.4V
nForce MCP 1.5V
SSP-MCP 1.2V
CPU 3 GHz
Multiplyer 10x
FSB 1200 MHz
Mem 800 MHz

now i had the SPP-MCP set at auto before
and i now put it to 1.2V
so
any help is greatly appreciated

Is your memory a DDR2-800 kit? You could try bumping your memory voltage up. I run my kits at 2.1-2.15V daily.

this Corsair RAM and got this OCZ with my Barebone Kit

would a low voltage on the mem cause a blue screen?
then my rig wants to do a cache dump
any help is greatly appreciated
