Help me mod my comp.

Hey, I am ready to mod. my comp. I am a big fan of LAN parties in my neigborhood. I got to one about everymonth, and i want to impress my friends and new people with new ideas i have. So far this is what i got. I am buying a new case: http://www.xoxide.com/xblade2.html

Now, right now my computer is a dell.... My graphics card is a Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV whatever that is...
I need to know if this is compatible for the motherboard im getting. Also is all the stuff i want going to work in one computer? Please post your comments, I am ready to mod my computer.
