I'm not particularly interested, since I don't run any Windows boxes. I was just wondering how it would fit in with Microsoft's plans for Europe, since we can't upgrade from Vista (has to be a fresh install) because Microsoft aren't including Internet Explorer with the operating system here in Europe.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what they would do if they had $2,000-$3,000 to spend on a PC? Are there any better video cards out there or other such components?

I would get a 955, and either 2 4890's or 2 4870 x2's.
It still would be less than $2-3000 so I'd spend the rest to get an awesome multi-monitor setup.
