Default Help me guyz

i've noticed my computer is running really slow lately and im going to run my virus spyware stuff now but im just asking if anyone know what can cause this, can it but that one of my hdd is almost full
and like 80 processes

check this site out it was referred by a member here (sorry forgot your name :X) to me.

also check in msconfig's startup to see what is actually starting when your computer starts.

pretty sure there are some programs you can delete as well.

Run O&O defrag and CCleaner. They are the best programs out there for keeping your PC running nicely.
