This one: GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P.

It has the AMD 790/SB750 chipset and fully supports the new socket AM3 Phenoms if you want to upgrade in the future.

I would say go with the ASRock 790GX. It is identical to the 790X, but with an integrated HD 3300. Integrated video is useful at times (especially when flashing a video card goes wrong)
