Help with LAN!

Alright, i have 2 computers in my recording studio. One has a wireless internet connection that works. The other computer (which was my old one has a LAN cable connection, normal blue cord) EXCEPT its not recognizing it!

Its a celeron D and i cant find any drivers for the ethernet. It shows up as an unknown device! Help!

Is the lan connection on the motherboard or is it a pci card?
If it's on the mother board just update the motherboard drivers. Find who makes the chipset and get them from there.
If it's a card normally you don't need drivers for it. XP and Vista are pretty good about having what they need to push a network card. You might try going to windows update and let it check for drivers.
