help with icon

does anyone know how to fix the box in red? the normal icon just dissapeared one day and i would like t have it back. the flash drive is a Sandisk Cruzer Micro 8gb

Right click>Properties>Customize Tab

so i went there and when i click on restore default, it doesn't work and if i do choose new folder image, it would allow me to put my own in there. do you know where to find one? i tried Google but no luck.

Where it lets you select an image, look in the folder where the Cruzer M software is located. The image you need should be in there.
