Hey on my other PC i just reformated and installed SP2 but when i boot up again it says it cannot load the desktop because of no enough resources, it also takes a LONG times for everything to load up and to open folders and things, it says that it cannot load ctfmon.exe too

Anyway to fix this?? i'm stuck on my 2.533GHz

hold down f8 before the xp logo shows during start up, and select last good config

Depending on what you have on your PC, your system may very well be very fragmented after SP2 installation. I would cleanup and then defragment your system [might take some time].
The operation system in some cases waits so long for a component to load up, and if it doesn't get it, you get error messages.

how much ram have u got, coz by resources does it not mean ram!

umm for some reason it works now..... but i can't use the net since it just says its being used or not connected....
