First, can you do me a favor and watch the language a bit here. I can understand your angry that your comptuer isn't working, but all of that just isn't neccisrary. And please don't tripple post. There is an edit button to just add things that you forgot/want to add.
In BIOS, you can change the boot order. This is usually done in one of two places. Either "Advanced Chipset" or "Boot". Make sure the CD/DVD drive is above the Hard drive.
To boot off of a windows CD that already has windows installed, just keep pressing a key (like the space bar) durring POST. If this doesn't work, and you have a second CD/DVD player, put the CD in the other drive and repeat.
