I am currently taking a help desk concepts class at school and one of the requirements is to work at the help desk 3-5 hours per week. The class is just about ready to open the help desk to students and faculty only but anyways.. I though it would be a good idea to create an online forum for our help desk. This would help answer easy related computer questions, so individuals would not have to bring their computers in.
However I am having problems setting up the forums. I know where to create the forums and sub category's, but i simply cannot get them to display. I am going to use phpBB Layout. I was wonder if i could get some help on how to do this.
