help directdraw question

upgraded my windows xp to vista..and direct3d, directdraw and agp was working..then i switch back to xp then to vista again..now my directX and stuff says not available..so how do i get this stuff back to working like it was..have no clue what type of video card i have..this is what the directx diagnostic tool says

You need to (re)install your Graphics card drivers..

ok..where do i get the graphics card driver at??....the video card type is a via/s3g unichrome integrated graphics card...and the motherboard is

Motherboard Name:Asus A7V8X-LA (Kelut) (3 PCI, 1 AGP, 2 DDR DIMM, Audio, Video, LAN, IEEE-1394)

Motherboard Chipset:VIA VT8378A UniChrome KM400A

i looked there and at the vista 32 bit...but when i click to install a graphic card..it said something about check the log..and didn't install
