Hello All,
I am interested in implementing a help desk ticketing system. My question is with so many solutions out there, does anyone know of a good help desk ticketing system. I really wanted to use outlook's current infrastructure as a backbone for the help desk software. Someone told me that there was a plug-in for outlook that would do this. Can anyone recommend me a good solution, even if it's not using outlook?
