Default Help designing a system

Hi there
I would like few suggestions on 4 components for a pc that a friend & I plan to put together, namely..
A. Powersupply
B.. Mother board
C .Processor
D . Graphics card

The other components, i.e case & CD/RW & Hard drive(SATA) I have already, I think dabs below are about the cheapest in the u.k & i have a budget for the above components of about 325, and would like the best one for gaming is possible, any suggestions would be appreciated .. Thanks

I would go with:

A: Do you want modular or non-modular? I recommend OCZ. The 700w GameXstream should be good if non-modular is ok.
B: ASRock A785GXH is really good for the price.
C: get a phenom 9600/9650/9750/9850. OEM seems to be cheapest, and get a heatsink too.
D: Sapphire 4850 x2... just plain awesome.
E: I'd get crucial 1066 DDR2 and overclock it myself.

I have no idea where to get these in the UK, but if they are tthe same prices as in the US, it should be right around 325 pounds.
