Help with deciding?

Hello i am just trying to build a new comp for myself here are the specs

CPU:Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
GPU: ATI HD4670 ICEQ PCI-E 2.0 1GB 128-bit GDDR3, 750/1700MHz
Ram:Corsair 4GB PC-10600 (1333MHz) XMP DDR3 RAM
Mobo: INTEL P45 LGA775 ATX
Case:Thermaltake M9 Chassis +430W P/S

I was wondering if these a good specs for a computer, plus i heard there is a problem with the mobo, with the bios and the voltage with the ram.

so if any one can plz help

Sounds like it will be a solid computer. I have never heard of that sort of problem with the mobo.
