HELP! Computer screen shows many moving pixels.

After I powered on my computer the screen break up to many pixels. it boots up...but had to see stuff that is on desktop...and it say "Please reinstall driver/programm" I think the video card damaged...but please give me suggestions.

Every time I have seen this, it's ended up being a bad video card if taking out and re-seating all the RAM and the video card didn't fix the issue.

I'd start by reseating RAM and the video card like I mentioned. If that doesn't work, I'd try a new video card.

reseat. Pull them out then put them back in.
