Default help, computer not working

I recently purchased a new custom built computer, as well as numerous things it came with 3 disks, windows 7, one for the graphics card and an intel one. which do i install first? however the real problem is, that when i turn my computer on, the screen simply goes to sleep, what do i do to make it work?

If you expect any help your going to have to provide us with your complete system specs, as well as a detailed explanation of precisely what the symptoms are.

Right now, you are basically saying...."my car doesn't start, what could it be?" Without telling anyone the year, make, model, or any details of what happens when you try to start the car.
