I need explaination about architecture of 72bit reg.ECC ram vs. A64 s.939. I had firstly MB MSI K8N Neo4 plat. CPU AMDA64 3200+ Winch. Firstly RAM DDR400 2x512MB OCZ nonECC, but i had opportunity to buy RAM 512MB DDR333 Kingston Value CL2.5 Reg.ECC 72bit. I know this is memory for opteron servers, but thought architecture similar to A64-939.
This memory without OC and without bios setting (default) was running two month stable. After adding discs and watercooling the memory freezes one minute after start.. original DDR (OCZ) is good, but i´d prefer use kingston, OCZ i plan for another computer.
Please advise bios setting or anything else... I also updated bios from9.9.2005 THX
