Help building my first computer

Ok so I am building my first computer, and I have some questions.

Will this motherboard work with this graphics card?
Also, can somebody estimate what the equivalent to the AMD processor that comes with the motherboard is to an intel one? Also I need help on how to get the right RAM (4GB). Other than those what else do I need (besides monitor/mouse/OS, etc.). Thanks!

Yea that graphics card and mobo combination will work fine.
Hard to make equivalents, but the Phenom x4 is built to rival/beat the core 2 duo quads. As far as ram goes i'd buy 2x 2gb modules of 1066mhz ram, instead of 4x 1 gbs as this leaves you room to expand in the future. You will also need a PSU (power supply unit) and a case. You'll probably also want a dvd drive.
