Default Help with ARMA

What i am trying to do is keep this game from crashing.
the help section says to limit the maxmem.

tell me the correct way to type this... "-maxmem= "

i Right click on ARMA on desktop-->properties-->

then i type exactly this this:
"C:\Program Files\Atari\ArmA\arma.exe"-maxmem=512

it gives me this error :
The name ""C:\Program Files\Atari\ArmA\arma.exe"-maxmem= " in the target box is not valid.Make sure the path and file name are correct.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ?

why do you want to cap the memory? just let it bet, windows will take care of the RAM allocation.

you have to do 2048 maxmem, not 512, its how much memory you have (2GB which is 2048mb). other than that your doing it right.
