I agree with Holysky. Get the Rosewill 430W PSU and the HIS HD 4830. Better power supply then the Broadway, faster video card than the HD 4670.




EDIT:
Nevermind.

Get the Rosewill and the HIS Radeon HD 4670 IceQ Turbo 512MB.

Price.

I wouldn't touch the Broadway PSU. So that leaves the Rosewill 430 which doesn't have quite enough to push a 4830.

The overclocked HIS IceQ is a better price/performance card than the 1GB version.

getting the turbo and roseline i guess do u think another g or 2 of sytem ram will help my pc run better or is 2gs just fine

Depends on the OS. With XP you're fine with 2GB. Vista is happy with 4GB.

just on xp but what im saying is 10bucks for a gig of ram gonna do anything or just save my money
