Help, aol disconnecting, when using outlook

hi, i have aol silver 512k and i use the aol dialer instead of opening up the software, when i go to the aol sites (.com & .uk) it takes a while for them to load my emails, so i went on a google and found the info from the aol site on how to set up outlook express to get your emails, so i did it, now every time i open up outlook and it gets my emails from aol, i get disconnected from aol, so i thought it might be because i am on the same usename, so i used anoth username for the aol to log on and tried agen to get my emails, and it still does it, so when i want my emails i have to get them and then reconnect

EDIT: when outlook gets my emails, i gets them and then disconnects my aol, so i can still view them disconnected

somewhere in outlook options there will be a setting for the connection to disconnect after e-mails have been collected you should be able to change it so it will not disconect
