Default Help 6800GT

OK, Im about to tackle building my own comp for the first time and Im looking at video cards. Im going to get a NVidia 6800GT. Now Im not a complete moron when it comes to computers but there are some things Im still learning. I was looking at these 2 cards and was wondering what the difference was between the 2 and which one is the better buy.

The newegg one has a PCI/E interface whereas the second one doesn't... I'd get the PCI/E if you are thinking of upgrading the rest of your machine in the near future ... ie. mobo/cpu as PCI/e is the way forwards as far as pushing the boundaries of technology go

Well, it depends, is your mobo PCI-E or AGP?
