I'm planning to make every thing on the desktop gets deleted on log off like some schools do how would I do this.

We just got a new computer so we reinstalled windows what do I do to the computer after I install xp

The program my school has is called DriveShield. It uninstalls anything installed after the program was installed. It also clears desktop on shutdowns and restarts. Google it for more information. I only know what it's called.

My school has one just like that called deepfreeze. They all do the same thing in the end.

Are there any free monitoring utilities available online so i can see what everybody does

If you wanted to pay for a good PC monitoring software, you could go with PC Activity Monitor. The cheapest version is about 30 USD, but it can still record almost EVERYTHING that is done on the PC.
