Default Help

computer dell would like to reformat hard drive.computer lockup and i can only start up in safe mold.when i try to start up the right way after i log in screen go's black.fat32 ANY HELP THANKS PS IT SAYS FILE MISSING <Windows root>\system 32\hal.dll. anyone no how to do this reformat step by step i had Me now XP HOME

ok well anyway, yea you need to repair your windows installation.
