Help?

lol sorry, just thought i would make light of the subject. though it is irritating when things dont work right the best thing to do is not get pissed off because they you will more than likely overlook something
 
Did you look for any Window's updates. If there are none of them, i'd be tempted to enter the registry and delete all keys pertaining to the device.

Sometimes if the first install goes wrong, then the registry keeps a record and if you try to install again it just uses that record over again.

If you are unsure how to do that say so and someone will walk you through it.
 
go to controll panell, then network connections, then wireless connections.
click on the wireles connection. in the left hand panell go to change advanced settings, and select "let windows detect wireless settings" or something to that affect.
then try again.
