Help!!!

Ok my computer has been running really slow lately and it is running at like 90 percent cpu usage and the computer is really noisy lately, even when i am not using it. i have ran adaware se and spybot and they find like 5 objects and i fix them but they wont go away i have ran my virus scan and it finds nothing can anyone help??? here is a copy of a HIJACKTHIS log please help

it also freezes up alot to where it wont open task manager

I can't really see anything from the hijackthis thing but I don't know much about that. But have to scanned from spyware and viruses? I see you use PC Tools AntiVirus aint heard of that but these are some programs I suggest: Spyware Doctor, Spybot: Search and Destroy, AntiVir.

ok there is alittle update my computer just shut down and know i have like 6 more processes running

tskdig.exe, tfswctrl.exe, perfont.exe. reader_sl.exe, tskdig.exe again, msnmsgr.exe, msmsgs.exe, ymsgr_tray.exe and yahoo messenger and msn messenger are not even running???

Lol, I reckon AntiVir is the best finds stuff that AVG doesn't dunno how it compares with others tho, but it updates like everyday.

ok reformatted and installed antivir and spybot and adaware se and when i run the spybot search it searchs thru 36,999 files and it says it is scanning files c2.lop, coolwwwsearchtools, gain.gator, mo money, shop at home, etc.... where did all these files come from???
