dude this time when i turn my computer on, the fan wasn't working and there was a wired light was appearing in cd rom place and i was smelling something was burning so i turned it off. Do you know what's wrong with it now?

Could be anything from a bad fan to a bad psu to a fried motherboard. A burnt smell is the worst thing to have because it's very hard to track down.

wait, that motherboard is for the pentium 3, my computer is pentium 4, and is also 1.7GHz not 1.3

Not being on site it is very difficult to advise. If you are not really computer hardware competent I would suggest taking it to a shop for diagnostics. Sorry.

That all depends on the case, the psu, etc. Once again I suggest you seek help at a local shop.
