Well what I would suggest is that you go in your BIOS and instead of auto-detecting your hard drives, go to the hard drive section to detect them, and save those parameters.
Instead of auto-detecting your hard drives to get their parameters, they will already be there, so it should boot without do the hard drive search, they will already be identified.
