heatsink recomendation

can someone recommend me a good heatsink for intel p4 630. its a socket 775. it runs at 50c idle, and i wanted to improve so i can overclock.

With the one gaming freak recommended, you get silence and performance. If you dont mind noise, get a Thermalright XP-90c with a Delta TFB 92x38mm fan. Or you can try the new Thermalright SI-128 with a Delta TFB 120x38
