Default Heatsink making odd noise

Recently the past few days my heatsink(that little fan on the motherboard) has been making these clicky noises and whirring noises "REeeeWAARR" yea well i dont know why, i sprayed it with compressed air and it continues to make noise, its not continuous , like out of nowhere itll start clicking, and i can see that the fan is slowing down and then speeding up hellp plz

Don't tell me you've never seen that before :P It needs to be oiled, or probably just replaced as re-oiling it usally only helps for about a month.

Just buy a new fan for the heatsink...they're inexpensive

mines really small is that normal? like i look at heatsink at new egg der like 80mm mine is like a mini fan

Yes, I have the idea of what your talking about.. its probally a 20mm fan.. or 40.

When fans make those kinds of noises, their dieing.
